- You can track your package at any time using the provided link
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Secret Bloom is not responsible for orders:
- With incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Not delivered due to recipient absence
If the package is returned for these reasons, reshipping will incur an additional cost.
7. Packages Marked as Delivered If the carrier marks an order as delivered, Secret Bloom is not responsible for:
- Losses
- Theft
- Packages misplaced after delivery
We recommend checking with your local post office or nearby neighbors.
8. Damaged Packages During Shipping If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach clear photos of the package and product
We will review the case and, if approved, send a replacement or process a refund as appropriate.
9. Undelivered Shipments If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- No refunds will be issued for undelivered orders due to customer errors
