Refund policy
At Secret Bloom, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we apply specific policies to ensure safety, hygiene, and trust for all our customers.
General 30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept returned items that have not been previously authorized.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

- Eligible Products for Return We accept returns only in these cases:
- The product arrived defective
- The product arrived damaged during shipping
- The product received is incorrect (does not match the order)
